Senior Lawyers Hospice Subcommittee
The Senior Lawyers Hospice Subcommittee, of the Senior Lawyers Committee, provides volunteer legal assistance to Hospice patients and/or their immediate family members on legal issues arising from the terminal illness of such patients.

Volunteer Information
The volunteer attorney will supply and assist, upon request, the completion of the Ohio State Bar Association pre-printed and approved Living Wills and Durable Powers of Attorney for Health Care forms, for any Hospice patient, at no charge to the patient.
