In-Person Courses or OnDemand Courses

1. In-Person - A CLE course is a live CLE program that participants attend in-person;
2. Live Interactive Webinar (LIW) - A live CLE program that is viewed remotely at a specified broadcast time. The webinar is interactive because participants can ask questions of the presenter or chat with other participants;
4. Video Replay - A pre-recorded CLE program that is viewed in-person with a moderator;
3. And OnDemand - A pre-recorded CLE program that is viewed remotely at anytime. OnDemand course are not interactive.
"Active attorneys and attorneys registered for corporate status must complete 24 hours of accredited CLE activities every two years" (Supreme Court of Ohio, 2021). The lawyers' last name determines the reporting deadline.
A-L must complete their educational hours by the end of each odd-numbered year;
And M-Z must complete their educational hours by the end of each even-numbered year.
"If an attorney's name changes after the attorney is admitted to the practice of law or registers for corporate status, the attorney remains in the same alphabetical grouping as assigned when first admitted the practice of law for all future reporting purposes" (Supreme Court of Ohio, 2021).
