Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section
The Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section seeks:
- To educate its members;
- To reduce barriers to active participation within the section;
- To cultivate the development of a team atmosphere in the legal community (cohesiveness, intellectual discourse, mentorship of emerging lawyers, and accountability to the highest ethical standards of practice);
- And to promote a respectable legal voice within the community to ensure access to legal representation for those with low socioeconomic status.

Annual White-Williams Bankruptcy Institute Event Planning Subsection
