Akron, Ohio, June 16, 2023 – The Akron Municipal Court hereby issues public notice that the Court proposes the following changes to the Schedule of Court Fees and Costs for Probation Supervision Fees effective July 1, 2023:
For the efficient operation of the Court, the court determines additional funds are necessary to pay for housing programs, projects and services of the Court. Pursuant to O.R. C. 1901.26, the funding agency shall establish a Housing Program Fund for this purpose. The increase in the fee schedule under this Order will be collected by the Clerk of Court and deposited in the Housing Program Fund.
By Majority Vote and Order of the Judges of the Akron Municipal Court effective July 1, 2023, it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the Schedule of Court Fees and Costs be modified to reflect an increase in the following Fee Schedule for Civil Cases:
