Summit County, Ohio - Effective Jan. 3, 2023, the Summit County Domestic Relations Court has raised the initial fee deposit for the appointment of a Guardian Ad Litem to $1,500 plus processing fees.
Guardian Ad Litems will still need to complete the necessary filings to request additional fees beyond the initial $1,500 deposit.
