Summit County, Ohio - Akron-Summit County Public Library, Community Legal Aid, Summit Legal Defenders, Equality Ohio, and the Summit County Probate Court are partnering to offer a free Will Clinic to discussion about wills, power of attorney, name changes, and other matters on Wed., Nov. 9, 2022, from 4:30 - 9 pm EST. The clinic will be held at the Akron Summit County Main Library located at 60 S. High St., Akron, OH 44326.
Representatives will be available throughout the program to discuss legal resources with those who have questions. At 5:15 pm EST, Judge Elinore Marsh Stormer and Magistrate Steve Elliott of the Summit County Probate Court will host a discussion called Your Family Matters - explaining the probate process, and options to protect your heirs and assets. Attendees can meet one-on-one with volunteer attorneys for assistance throughout.
