Akron, Ohio - Come downtown next Sat., Apr. 9, 2022, for the second annual Sakura Cherry Blossom Celebration along the Towpath Trail from Ohio and Erie Canal Park to Lock 3. Stroll on the Towpath to take in the colorful blooms, and enjoy a celebration that will include more than 1,000 luminaries, Taiko drummers, a kid-approved story walk, and a sake tasting* in Lock 3.
Parking for the celebration is available in the Spaghetti Warehouse parking lot, as well as in the State Street parking deck. Both locations offer easy access to the Towpath.
