Summit County Common Pleas Court - Administrative Judge Alison McCarty has issued an order closing the General Division of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas for professional development of staff on Friday, September 26, 2025.
The closure will impact all General Division Courtrooms, Adult Probation Department, Jury and other Division offices. During this closure there will be no public access to these areas.
The Court will resume its normal operations on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 8am. Please note, this closure will not affect Domestic Relations, Probate, Sheriff or Clerk of Courts functions.
