Administrative Judge & Presiding Judges for 2016
The Summit County Common Pleas Court – General Division’s Administrative Judge for 2016 will be Judge Thomas A. Teodosio. Judge Teodosio was elected to a full term to the Common Pleas Court in November 2006. Judge Teodosio also presides over the Summit County Turning Point Program. The Turning Point Program is a specialized felony drug court docket in which drug-dependent offenders plead guilty to their offenses and are then required to complete intense, court-supervised treatment. The Program has reduces future criminal activity in our community.
The Summit County Common Pleas Court – General Division’s Presiding Judge for 2016 will be Judge Amy Corrigall Jones. Judge Jones was elected to a full term to the Common Pleas Court in November 2012. Judge Jones is also Presiding Judge of the Summit County Valor Court, a specialized docket serving those who have served our country. Valor Court provides increased management to veterans and active duty military personnel in the criminal justice system who may be eligible for benefits and services from the Veterans Administration.
