Description: Oral arguments can be challenging for many lawyers, even under the best of circumstances. Remote communication adds another layer of complication. Coronavirus is pushing legal professionals to become more proficient with technology. This one-hour program for attorneys provides them with a road map to guide preparation and execution of an effective virtual oral argument. This CLE is a pre-recorded seminar, originally on July 16, 2020, by former Supreme Court of Ohio Justice, Judith L. French on July 16, 2020.
