2011/2012 SECTION OFFICERS:
ABOUT THE SECTION:
Formerly the Workers’ Comp Committee, the new Disability Law Section has expanded to include all aspects of Disability Law, including Workers’ Comp, Social Security, ERISA claims, appellate claims, and VA benefits. This section provides a forum for discussion of issues related to a workers' compensation practice. It provides luncheon speakers at some meetings. It sponsors a yearly seminar program.

MEETINGS:
The Disability Law Section meets on the 3rd Thursday of every other month (excluding Dec, July, Aug) at 7:45am at the Akron Bar Association.
