2010/2011 SECTION OFFICERS:
ABOUT THE SECTION: This section provides a forum for discussion of current issues pertaining to the practice of criminal law. It reviews court rules and recommends changes that affect the practice in the appropriate courts. It gets involved in other issues such as courthouse security. It monitors indigent defense fees and sponsors a tour of Oriana House and the new jail. It conducts a survey of indigent defense attorneys as related to their actual defense expenses. The Annual Criminal Law Update Seminar is held every October.
