ab initio (ab i-nish-ee-oh), adv. [Latin] From the beginning.

The Ab Initio Section is a new engine of the Akron Bar Association driving young and new attorneys toward professional and leadership growth by providing access to other professionals
along with timely, cutting-edge continuing legal education and philanthropic activities to improve and develop our community.

ABOUT THE SECTION:

The Ab Initio Section provides a forum for addressing issues affecting newer lawyers, sponsors educational programs for those newly in practice, and provides social and networking opportunities for newer attorneys. The Section also offers leadership opportunities and pro bono and community service projects.

MEETINGS:
The Ab Initio Section meets on the 4th Wednesday of every month (excluding Dec, July, Aug) at 11:45am at the Akron Bar Association.
