2008/2009 SECTION OFFICERS:
ABOUT THE SECTION: On the 3rd Friday of every month, the Probate Law Section meets for CLE luncheons, featuring one-hour CLE presentations. The Probate Law Section also participates in the “Wills for Heroes” pro bono service project. The Annual Probate Law Seminar is held every June.

On Saturday, October 31, 2009, many volunteered their time to draft wills and other legal documents for nearly thirty firefighters, police officers and EMS personnel and their spouses. University of Akron School of Law students and professors, attorneys and judges, notaries, and program coordinators were on hand to dedicate their time to those who dedicate their lives.
